چکیده

Social creatures interact in diverse ways: forming groups, mating, sending emails, and sharing ideas. Some of the interactions are accidental while others are a consequence of the underlying explicit or implicit social structures. One of the most important questions in sociology is the identification of such structures, which are variously viewed as communities, hierarchies, or “social profiles”. In analyzing social networks, one property has largely been ignored until recently: interactions and their nature change over time. The notion of “structure” is intricately linked with the dynamics of social interactions. On one hand, it is in longitudinal data that the emergence of structures and the laws governing their development can be observed and inferred. On the other hand, the existence of such structures that constrain social interactions is what allows us to predict the behavior and nature of dynamic networks. The necessity to delve into the dynamic aspects of networking behavior may be clear, yet it would not be feasible without the data to support such explicitly dynamic analysis. Rapidly growing electronic networks, such as emails, the Web, blogs, and friendship sites, as well as mobile sensor networks on cars, humans, and animals, provide an abundance of dynamic social network data that for the first time allow the temporal component to be explicitly addressed in network analysis. I will present several examples of computational approaches we have developed to infer structure in dynamic networks and show applications of this analysis to population biology, from humans to zebras.

A DSS-Based Dynamic Programming for Finding Optimal Markets Using Neural Networks and Pricing

One of the substantial challenges in marketing efforts is determining optimal markets, specifically in market segmentation. The problem is more controversial in electronic commerce and electronic marketing. Consumer behaviour is influenced by different factors and thus varies in different time periods. These dynamic impacts lead to the uncertain behaviour of consumers and therefore harden the t...

Identification of Crack Location and Depth in a Structure by GMDH- type Neural Networks and ANFIS

The Existence of crack in a structure leads to local flexibility and changes  the stiffness and dynamic behavior of the structure. The dynamic behavior of the cracked structure depends on the depth and the location of the crack. Hence, the changes in the dynamic behavior in the structure due to the crack can be used for identifying the location and depth of the crack. In this study the first th...

A Gravitational Search Algorithm-Based Single-Center of Mass Flocking Control for Tracking Single and Multiple Dynamic Targets for Parabolic Trajectories in Mobile Sensor Networks

Developing optimal flocking control procedure is an essential problem in mobile sensor networks (MSNs). Furthermore, finding the parameters such that the sensors can reach to the target in an appropriate time is an important issue. This paper offers an optimization approach based on metaheuristic methods for flocking control in MSNs to follow a target. We develop a non-differentiable optimizati...

Development and Resources Distribution Structure in Political Systems

Distribution and allocation of resources is affected by factors such as values, norms, social stratifications, ideology, information, coercion, political challenges, and even external factors. This finding means that there is always a fundamental tendency to redirect resources toward political goals instead of public interests and development. Because the resource structure is strongly influenc...

Creating Dynamic Sub-Route to Control Congestion Based on Learning Automata Technique in Mobile Ad Hoc Networks

Ad hoc mobile networks have dynamic topology with no central management. Because of the high mobility of nodes, the network topology may change constantly, so creating a routing with high reliability is one of the major challenges of these networks .In the proposed framework first, by finding directions to the destination and calculating the value of the rout the combination of this value with ...
